In 1921, nineteen civic-minded women formed the Brooks Woman's Club. Over the past 91 years, the club has sponsored many charitable events and civic improvements that have benefited the town of Brooks and Fayette County. The club is a non-denominational, non-partisan, philanthropic organization dedicated to the enrichment of the community.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month September through May. The location is Hardy Hall at 113 Church Alley in downtown Brooks, Georgia. The meeting begins at 6:30pm with formal club business and concludes with refreshments and fellowship.
Please take the opportunity to join us in working with other women to promote the social, economic and physical needs of our community while meeting new friends and sharing common interests.
