Covid-19 Notice

Brooks Town Hall and the Brooks Library will be closed for public access through April 6th , in order to help with social distancing guidelines and via recommendations from Gov. Kemp, the CDC, and the Georgia Municipal Association.

During that time, staff at Town Hall will be accessible via phone, email and social media. Provisions will be made for processing applications so that no interruption in services to the public is foreseeable.

Please note that the Mayor and Council will reassess the situation prior to April 6th to determine whether or not an extension of the closure is required.

Keep Calm

The Town Council Meeting originally scheduled for Monday, March 16, 2020 has been cancelled due to health/pandemic concerns. At this time, all offices will remain open until there is a local or direct threat and/or illness. We will update as needed if this changes; no decisions have been made concerning our Farmers' Market or the April Town Council Meeting. If you have questions, feel free to contact Town Hall or Brooks Library for updates.
